cells in the seaA recent poll in Maine shows that two years after a marriage equality law was overturned, voters are very much in favor of marriage equality. The law will be up for a vote again in November, and it could bring good results this time.
Here are the results of the vote, as compiled by the Advocate:
Strongly favor: 43.7%
Somewhat favor: 14.5%
Somewhat oppose: 11.7%
Strongly oppose: 28.2%
Not sure: 2.0%This is far from a definite win, but it’s certainly good news!
